Munguishi & markets

Today we went to visit the Taylors and have a look around Munguishi Bible College.
Mike gave us a tour of the grounds and the buildings.

 student accommodation

the library (bad shot with all the chairs in the foreground)

a lovely shady spot to sit

We ate lunch with the Taylors & the Boyes (thanks Katie!!), and caught up with what the kids were doing.
 Sylvia with Bella

The girls were being very creative inside, and the boys were outside building a secret base/climbing trees.

After lunch we left Sylvia with the Taylors and ventured out to Tengeru markets with the Boyes family.

Oliver & Micah looking at knives

 Geoff & Martha buying fabric

meat & curtains

 colourful cones of kitenge

It was a lovely day.
I was very pleased to get home and scrub my feet afterwards however.

  1. my goodness, so many pics that remind me of P'tan - especially the kitchen and the markets with the meat hanging up and the curtains and shoes on the ground... and yes the gutters too!
